Terms and Conditions for Origarmy

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of Origarmy ("Site") and the purchase, sale, and trading of non-fungible tokens ("NFTs"). By using the Site, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Site.

Ownership and Rights

You retain ownership of any NFTs that you purchase or create on Origarmy. However, by uploading an NFT to Origarmy, you grant Origarmy and its affiliates a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and create derivative works from the NFT for commercial and non-commercial purposes. You represent and warrant that you have the right to grant this license and that the NFT does not infringe on any third-party rights.

Purchasing NFTs

When you purchase an NFT on Origarmy, you agree to pay the listed price and any applicable fees. All sales are final, and no refunds or cancellations will be granted except as required by law. Origarmy reserves the right to cancel any sale or limit the quantity of NFTs that can be purchased by any user.

Selling NFTs

You may list your NFTs for sale on Opensea, Blur and all other supporting platforms, subject to Origarmy's approval. Origarmy will charge a fee for each sale, which will be deducted from the sale price. Origarmy reserves the right to refuse any listing, cancel any sale, or remove any NFT from the Site at its sole discretion.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use Origarmy for any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or to violate any applicable laws or regulations. You may not upload or create any NFT that infringes on any third-party rights or that contains any illegal or objectionable content, including but not limited to, content that is defamatory, harassing, or obscene.

Intellectual Property

Origarmy respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. If you believe that your intellectual property rights have been infringed on Origarmy, please contact us at [contact email] to submit a complaint.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Origarmy is provided "as is" and without any warranty of any kind, whether express or implied. Origarmy makes no representation or warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of Origarmy or any content or services provided through Origarmy. Origarmy does not guarantee that Origarmy will be available or error-free at all times.

Limitation of Liability

Origarmy and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of Origarmy, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, even if Origarmy has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Origarmy and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages,costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of Origarmy or your breach of this Agreement.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement will be resolved exclusively in the courts of United Kingdom.
